Pladis, the home of Ülker, McVities and Godiva are seeking a “Production Planning and Control Engineer” to join pladis Turkey Supply Chain Organization” for their Biscuit Producing Site located in Gebze.

A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below.

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering

• 2-3 years of experience preferably in FMCG sector in supply chain – specifically planning functions

• Strong analytical skills, and eager to work in teams is essential

• The ability to build positive and collaborative relationships, to communicate data clearly, to plan and coordinate activities in a discipline is essential

• Fluency in English, written and verbal is essential

• SAP MM, SD and PP modules knowledge and experience is necessary

• MS Office application usage is required

• Completed military service (for male candidates)

İŞ TANIMI

• Runs monthly supply planning cycle in the plant

• Develop mid and long term production and material plans as part of the integrated supply planning cycle

• Develop monthly, weekly production plans inline with the inventory targets and daily production scheduling

• Manages all supply planning activities in the plant with regards to finished goods and materials

• Reports and analyse capacity utilizations per line for the mid and long term

• Manages master data maintenance for finished goods, which is required for planning operations

• Works closely and collaboratively with demand planning and purchasing teams to ensure right product / material is supplied with the right quantity at the right time

• Defines and manages the right level of raw and pack material safety stocks inline with the business need.
