QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:
·         Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 4 years of experience of all HR functions
·         Strong communication & organization skills, Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization
·         Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply these skills into HR environment 
·         Self-motivated and action and result oriented; proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks,
·         Ability to work independently and show a strong customer oriented focus
 
The successful candidate will be travelling to Seyrantepe office once a week.

Primary Function:
 

Support the Human Resources department in developing, deploying and continuously improving a wide variety of human resources initiatives and programs throughout the professional workforce to meet and exceed business objectives, while driving functional excellence.  Specific responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, training, organizational effectiveness, and development and execution of HR programs and initiatives aligned with short and long-term business objectives.
 
Essential Functions:
 
·         Develop and deploy HR strategies to manage talent, drive the culture, and align the organization for HQ and plant.
·         Design and deliver local HR practices that create and maintain the desired culture. Prepare the workforce for change.
·         Ensure the talent pipeline for the future, assess and select talent, and coach managers on the process
·         Identify the learning, training, and development needs of the organization and deploy effective training plans.
·         Build managers' leadership capability.
·         Use coaching skills to influence behavior and business decisions to be consistent with the values and ethical standards.
·         Perform investigations and take appropriate corrective actions.
·         Ensure effective deployment of performance management systems and coach managers on the process.
·         Identify solutions considering legal implications when making decisions
·         Serves as the main contact for the management of the Eaton benefits processes
·         Engage in the management of compensation and benefits initiatives such as: salary administration, annual merit planning process, and wage and benefit analysis
·         Develop and deploy process to ensure data integrity in the HRMS system

More than 4 years of experience
