GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

4 years University Degree (Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering preferably)
A very detailed knowledge of the Bank’s policies, procedures, products and services as well as surrounding Group or legal environment
Advanced level of spoken and written English
Minimum 1 year experience in banking
Strong analytical, planning, organizing and communication skills
Confidence with ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
Proactive in identifying, designing and implementing enhanced working practices
Work in collaboration with the rest of the management team, and succeed the achievement of the overall objectives of the department

Performing site and centralized controls over the activities, systems and processes of Technology& Service (HTS) as well as Function units such as Central Operations, Finance, Credit, Human Resources, Procurement, by considering the local regulatory and group standards.
To follow up actions of findings and to provide reports to Management, ORICC and audit committee in a timely manner
Creating internal control and risk based awareness. Ensuring that Internal Control activities are effective, adequate and compliant with HSBC Group and Regional Policies and Procedures, Banking Law and Internal Systems Regulation of Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency.
Working closely with Business Risk Control Management (BRCM) HTS and contact persons of Functions.
To provide advice and guidance to related business lines on the maintenance of an effective and adequate Internal Control environment.
