• Scientific / engineering degree in natural or environmental sciences or equivalent professional qualifications
• Sound understanding of risk management principles and their application to the business
• Competent in computer skills and the use of the company's standard software packages
• Knowledge of environmental and health & safety law and legal processes
• Detailed knowledge of all functions of the company's operations
• Effective communication skills to influence personnel at all levels in the company
• Understand and be sensitive to the natural environment and health & safety concerns and the priorities to be addressed

İŞ TANIMI

Implement and maintain best practice environmental, health & safety (EHS) management systems, controls and solutions for all environmental impacts and health & safety risks arising throughout the supply chain of the TPI Composites, Turkey to minimise the risk of accidents or environmental impairment and to ensure compliance with TPI Composites’ EHS policy objectives, standards and guidelines and all applicable national or regional laws and regulations and to contribute to protecting the continuity of supply of products to the market.

• Company avoids exposure to adverse publicity resulting from poor EHS performance
• Company is publicly acknowledged as a leader in the field of EHS.
• Minimisation of financial losses arising from EHS risks.
• Zero LWC accidents and environmental incidents
• All levels in the organisation are well informed of the company's EHS policy and objectives and are committed to good EHS practices in their tasks
• Line management and staff have sufficient information, in the form of objectives, targets, procedures, guidelines and instructions to manage EHS issues effectively
• Successful introduction of best practice solutions for all significant EHS issues
• Suppliers and contractors have verified EHS performance standards matching that of the Company
