• A minimum of 10 years OSS and technical experience in the telecommunications area.
• Well developed skills in project management and telecommunication technologies
• Well developed skills in OSS, software architecture.
• A reputation for self motivation, integrity, cultural sensibility, strong interpersonal skills and written communication skills
• Expert experience on Unix/Linux, Databases (Oracle, MySQL, etc), Open Source Softwares
• Able to develop or understand java and any other object oriented programming language
• Able to develop unix/linux shell scripts
• Proven financial knowledge, experience in budgeting.

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Enabling Platforms Senior Expert (Cust. Exp. Managmnt) with the will and ambition to work in OSS&System Tools Management Function, reporting OSS&Service Assurance Tools Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
  

• To account for the development of the Vodafone OSS Architecture, related portfolio of OSS solutions & implementation strategies. This includes the conceptual structure of all “Customer Experience Management” and “Network Management & Service Assurance- System” building blocks needed to efficiently manage the networks and customer services of the different Vodafone Entities.
• Keeping overall integrity of solution by reviewing, updating and planning changes/upgrades if required
• Develop / Evolve Vodafone OSS Architecture.
• Drive standardization of OSS building blocks, design principles and needed OSS standards like Service Models and Interfaces needed to ensure a cost efficient integration of OSS components.
• Accountable for the OSS strategy contribution to Common Vodafone Technology Strategies.
• Evaluate new technologies and enhancement related to products/solutions.
• Maintain close relationship to those customers, following the Vodafone Way principles.
• Close contact / development of partnership with major industry suppliers such as NSN, Ericsson, Huawei.
• Initiate new innovative technical strategies and/or system & application improvements in the area of network and service management in order to ease OSS projects while at the same time increasing the company value of OSS.
• Identify technology evolution and industry trends relevant to the Network and Service Management domain.
