GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI
We are looking for Senior PDM Support Consultants for our IT department, with following qualifications.
Second line support of Windchill (administrative):
- Business Configuration Management
- Workflow Management
- Object Initialization Rules
- Data Management through UI
- ACL (Right Access)
- Ability to operate within a customer environment either on your own or as part of a wider team
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English and German)
- Experience working Java Programming would be advantageous but is not essential
- At least 3 years’ experience in Windchill APIs, Windchill Customization Methodologies
- Support upgrades, releases and patches for PLM Windchill
- Experience with supporting other major CAD package such as Catia
- Experience with Windchill software installation
- Experience with of back-up processes and procedures
- Knowledge with Source control systems and concepts
- Ability to work on a self-initiated basis and within a team environment, coordinating between various disparate teams
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to set priorities and manage own workload
At least three years of Windchill system administration and customization experience in a Windows based Windchill environment is required.
Extensive knowledge of PTC Windchill products including: PDMLink and RequirementsLink. Knowledge of Catia and Workgroup manager (WGM) is required. The candidate must be able to interface with a wide customer base using strong communication skills, and be able to communicate issues to the team and be able to escalate and resolve issues when necessary.
İŞ TANIMI
As an expert in the field of PDM support, you will work in a Support Center team to support the business need with implementation and operation of PTC Windchill software. You are the second point of contact for all questions to the successful operation of the software. You will analyze and document error messages and support our colleagues to solve issues and problems by phone and by remote access.
