Cooling Development Head of Section

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent education,
• Fluency in English language is mandatory, German knowledge is an asset,
• Minimum 4-5 year experience in related fields,
• MS Office knowledge is a must,
• Analytical minded, having good conflict management, leadership and management skills,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Proactive personality,
• Live/Willing to live in or close to Çerkezköy.

İŞ TANIMI

• Selecting, training, motivating and managing the team,
• Responsibility for design and development, costs, quality, performance and production of the cooling appliances,
• Responsibility for the processes and in link with other departments, for cross-functional processes with development involvement,
• Keep track and support all factory departments for the ramp-up phase and the production phase,
• Support for phase-in, cost reduction and quality improvement measures internally and with suppliers,
• Take responsibility of Bill of Materials (BOMs), material/appliances documentation (drawings) and quality/design rules for the parts and appliances,
• Initiate component/product tests and release the parts/projects according to the BSH standards,
• Supporting the team members for their tasks and responsibilities.
