QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We seek for 'Technical Support Engineer” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB for Process Automation, Control Technologies located in İstanbul with below qualifications;
·University degree in Electrical, Electrics & Electronics, Electronics Engineering, Control Engineering,
·2-3 years of technical experience in PLC – SCADA – DCS projects,
·Good command of written & spoken English,
·Knowledge in NET programming will be asset,
·Action oriented, strong interpersonal & communication skills, team work oriented,
·Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for traveling,
·Completed military service for male applicants.
·Plans and performs product trainings,
·Ensures that any complaints and/or suggestions from customers are forwarded on within the ABB organization to the appropriate individual or unit, and responds and gives feedback to the customer,
·Responds and gives feedback to the Product Manager and/or Sales Manager about new influences in the market as soon as he/she becomes aware of them,
·Acts as a marketer of ABB’s products and systems, for example provides support to the trade fairs, exhibitions and customer meetings,
·Supports the salespersons with tools, product related underlying materials for sales proposals or tenders, literature/references,
·Carries out customer visits in consultation with the responsible salesperson.

İŞ TANIMI
·Functions as a source of information in the product related issues,·Plans and performs product trainings,
·Ensures that any complaints and/or suggestions from customers are forwarded on within the ABB organization to the appropriate individual or unit, and responds and gives feedback to the customer,
·Responds and gives feedback to the Product Manager and/or Sales Manager about new influences in the market as soon as he/she becomes aware of them,
