• University Degree; preferably in Food Science, Food  Technology or Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of solid technical background in the area of product or process development (preferred dairy, wet processing or confectionary)
• Solid and proven track record on Technical Project Management & Resource Management
• Excellent command of English

• Drives OTIF delivery of Impulse Brands Innovation and Quality Funnel for NAMET
• Ensures developing of right skills and capabilities required to deliver ambitious growth Agenda of Impulse brands in the region. Creates effective interface to GDC and GBTs
• Is up-to-date with latest developments in the relevant area of expertise and inspires business teams with new ideas and technical opportunities
• Drives Best Practice in Product Design including Mix Toolbox, effective usage of formulation tools
• Ensures effective interface with Unilever factories in driving implementation of new products and processes
• As Global TPL delivers project OTIF and ensures WoW in line with Unilever guidelines and Category requirements and acts as coach to Junior TPLs within the department
• As Regional IPM Champion, supports and steers CCLT agenda with respect to Innovation portfolio in order to enhance overall impact
• Assesses and implements opportunities to use External Partnerships and Collaboration in their work (actively contributes to the shaping of Partner to Win plans on regional basis)
• Contributes to establishing the new RDC as an inspiring place to work, contributing to site culture and group / team building events
•  Ensures the compliance of their work to the Unilever Code of Business Principles and all SHEQA policies, including the support of product claims, risk management as well as environmental and regulatory awareness
