QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
• University degree in Food / Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar positions
• Fluent in English
• Preferably no military obligation for male candidates
• Living (or willing to live) in Çorlu / Tekirdağ
İŞ TANIMI
• Actively implement the concept of Quality Management System throughout the company
• Review all quality standarts and procedures etc. To determine methods of improving / upgrading quality, reducing spoilage / wastage and operating costs where possible
• Plan work schedules and effectively co-ordinate the activities of the Incoming Inspection, Check Inspection and Quality Laboratory departments
• Evaluate and identify the capabilities of all processes within the manufacturing enviroments
• Implement ongoing quality training for all production operators and quality inspectors
• Ensure the accuracy and precision of all testing equipment
• Maintaining and audit all quality systems
• Prepare and submit required quality reports for both local and corporate management
• Actively work with the materials / purchasing department(s) to ensure that suppliers gain quality certification to meet quality standarts
• On an ongoing basis supervise and check that suppliers meet quality standarts
• Implement and maintain programmes to ensure that all local personnel have knowledge of and work to quality and process standarts
• Establish and maintain a personal development plan for all quality department team personnel
• Continually monitor and take action when required on the actual and planned expenditure of the quality department
• Actively contribute to and recommend cost savings in “line” budgets by actively having critical roles on managing Quality Control Pillar activities in WCM (World Classs Manufacturing) studies
• Conduct initial and on going trials with regard to new products etc. In the areas of product, process and materials ton ensure the timely introductionand implementation of the same
