• University Degree from a reputable university with a major preferably in Management, Economics and Engineering
• Early professionals with an exprience up to 2 year
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Highly developed strategic, analytical and negotiation skills and intense curiosity about cards and digital payment technologies
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to develop trusted relationships with all stakeholders
• High energy level and and a result-driven attitude with a sense of urgency and strong follow up skills
• Good command of computer knowledge and MS Office applications 

İŞ TANIMI

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans for all assigned products to reach the budgeted targets and propose offers to improve business performance.
• Manage full product lifecycle of all assigned products from acquisition to retention.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the consumer needs, follow up closely the competition, evaluate market dynamics, identify growth opportunities in cards business.
• Analyze, define and drive innovative differentiating product ideas to enhance digital payment solutions and gain competitive advantage.
• Plan and manage campaigns and promotional activities to acquire new customers and increase market share.  
• Define and achieve sales, profit and market share objectives in line with the Annual Marketing Plan through monthly performance analysis, leading to recommendations for appropriate corrective actions.
• Interact effectively with other departments, all third parties and strategic business partners to build positive working relationships
• Plan and manage reports, analysis, presentations and market researches on products, campaigns and other activities.
