QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences (BA, Economics, Psychology, Sociology) or Industrial Engineering, Master degree is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Business Partner role preferably in Supply Chain functions (Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning etc.)
  • Very good command of MS Office
  • Very good written and verbal communications skills
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English
  • Able to work in a multinational environment with employees from different cultures
  • Expertise in learning and development processes, systems and management
  • No military obligation for male candidates
  • Preferably have a good knowledge of Labor Law
  • Result oriented with strong planning and organization skills
  • Able to work in a fast moving and demanding work environment
  • Talented to manage and build relations based on trust that can turn in to positive business results
  • Be confident and credible when dealing with senior stakeholders and the head of the business


İŞ TANIMI


To create a high performing culture where our employees passionately own the business and contributes to the growth progress by acting like owners beside being process owners, we have changed organizational structure of our HR team by having HR Business Partner roles inside.  
The HR Business Partner works closely with management on organizational and employee development at the business unit in the implementation of employee management policies. The HR Business Partner understands HR’s opportunity to support business growth and drive organizational capability.
Support leaders with talent decisions, balancing financial and cultural objectives. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving.
 
1.Generalist HR function execution, Recruiting, Learning & Development, Performance, Compensation, Career Management and Reward & Recognition processes.
2.Collaborate with Functional Leaders to support team development: Work closely with the Supply Chain (Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning etc.) Leaders to optimize the performance and the development of team members through addressing employee relations, engagement, organizational effectiveness and development. Facilitate salary review, workforce planning and performance planning.
3.Coaching mid level leaders: Build strong relationships with the functional leaders in Supply Chain organization, participate in key functional meetings and events and observe leadership effectiveness. Provide constructive feedback to leaders and work with them to optimize team impact.
4.Change Management: arising from new initiatives related organizational redesigns, development, recruitment and training
5.Work effectively with the wider HR teams both locally and globally and take active role in local and global HR projects.
