Java Software Support Engineer

• University degree in computer sciences or related fields
• Knowledge of Object Oriented concepts and technologies
• Java development or software support experience is a plus
• Having a basic knowledge on VOIP and telecommunication networks
• TCP/IP, SIP and 3GPP, IMS protocol knowledge is a plus
• Fluency in  English (both verbal and written)
• Good communication skills, ability to build trust and influence
• Action oriented working style and strong customer focus
• Excellent teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills
• No military service obligation for male candidates or deferred at least two years
• Strong technical documentation and verbal/written communication skills

İŞ TANIMI

We are looking for Java Software Support Engineers for global GENBAND customers around the world and the candidate will be a member of a team that is responsible for supporting GENBAND Applications Business Unit Product Portfolio;

• Work with worldwide Genband customers and troubleshoot problems online/offline
• Collect data/trace from customer networks to identify the root cause of the problems,
• Identify and solve both configuration issues and software bugs
• Provide timely updates to other internal Genband teams or customers while working on a case
• Report robustness and enhancement issues and assist design teams to improve product quality
• Work with Global GENBAND teams as required in a project
