Training Specialist

• Delivers retail training programs with a focus on enhancing the retail Godiva shopping experience, perfect execution of brand standards in operations & service and driving a passion for chocolate, the Godiva brand and Godiva products.
• Deliveris training in “classroom” or in-store while also leading “train-the-trainer” sessions (i.e. train Store on new product) and coaching in the store
• Closely manages updates and communicates training calendar on a monthly and yearly basis. Implement training budget.
• Identification of any specific local training needs that may exist and working on it. 
• Delivers training content to support and drive organizational and sales objectives
• Perform data analysis (qualitative and quantitative) on performance patterns for improving curriculum and quality assurance
• Track and analyze training programs by examining learner’s satisfaction levels, proficiency testing, and job performance while measuring impact of training programs on business results within the HQ and Stores. 

İŞ TANIMI

• Requires at least 2-3 years in designing/delivering/facilitating training in sales, preferably retail and café environment. Background in operations within international food retail or Hotel/Restaurant/ Catering environment. Training facilitation skills - Ability to apply technology to training via web, multimedia, and/or e-learning tools
• Very good command of written and spoken English
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills as well as exceptional interpersonal skills and strong cultural orientation.
• Adaptable and flexible approach to achieving results
• Self-starter and able to create solutions outside of normal working requirements
• Must possess strong leadership, motivation and human skills with the ability to work as part of a team.
