• BoS Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Metallurgy etc), MoS or MBA is an asset,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing relevant material groups ( steel & metal parts ),
• Coordination and leadership experience,
• Product know-how and knowledge of the specific material and quality requirements of the products,
• Know-how in strategic procurement methods and tools as design to cost,
• Advanced negotiation skills,
• Project Management (experience as leader or main member of a master project),
• Expertise in contract law,
• Make or Buy or cost structure analysis,
• Strong analytical skills,
• Experience in workshop moderation/facilitation is an asset,
• Structured way of working,
• High self motivation, strong personal initiative and assertiveness,
• Team player with the ability to work successfully in cross-functional teams,
• Fluent English is a must, German knowledge is an asset,
• No restrictions to travel.

İŞ TANIMI

1. Establish and implement a material group sourcing strategy to achieve maximum contribution to operating profit. Ensure consistency of sourcing activities. Coordination and implementation of supplier pyramid. Pooling/bundling from the up to four factories to use purchasing power to best possible effect,
2. Have intensive contact with the stake holders. Be cross-functional interface to Engineering, Development, Logistics and other departments. Push for engineering standardization. Key contact for all material group related questions. Link and cooperation to/with Supplier Development Team,
3. Organize regular buyer meetings. Apply TCO (total cost of ownership) knowledge for material group. Support supplier selection as 'primus inter pares'. Involvement in case of escalation of supplier issues with common suppliers,
4. Visit of key suppliers with Fix colleagues. Build-up value-adding/win-win-partnerships with strategic suppliers. Sponsor innovations workshops (with quality, development ..) Procurement marketing and global sourcing e.g. fairs etc.
5. Find new suppliers. Supplier selection. Audits in cooperation with Supplier Development Team. For specified material groups: Prepare and lead negotiations as well as establish price/conditions-agreements,
6. Coordination function; supplier monitoring, cross divisional supplier evaluations in terms of logistic, cost and quality KPIs, Link and cooperation to/with Supplier Development Team according to results coming from supplier evaluation,
7. Involvement in part placement which has high turnover effect in supplier.

Steel:

1. Preparation for negotiation, support leadbuyer, price maintenance in SAP,
2. Steel projects coordination, follow up and implementation,
3. Leading of bottleneck situation,
4. Information sharing of local market prices, communication channel to the stakeholders.
