  • Experience in CRM or Direct Marketing (2-4 years)
  • Bachelor Degree in engineering or business, master degree is a plus
  • Preferred understanding of best-of-breed CRM solutions, such as Siebel Marketing, Chordiant.
  • Project management and analytical thinking skills                      
  • Effectively cope with changing work environment
  • Multi-task management                                                          
  • Results-driven and delivery-focused
  • Experience in a large multinational company is a plus
  • Strong written,verbal communication skills&inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English


İŞ TANIMI


We are seeking a CVM Campaign Management Associate Manager with the will and ambition to work in Customer Value Management-Consumer Function, reporting Consumer CVM Campaign Management and Analytics Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

The purpose of this role is to deliver the net revenue uplift targets via targeted Direct Marketing campaigns in line with company strategies, within agreed budget and timescales; to ensure contact policy compliancy and to deliver an unmatched contact experience. The role will also lead CVM capability development projects to improve channel integration and marketing effectiveness. S/he will be required to allocate appropriate channels for targeted customer contacts.
  • Define business requirements for key CVM capability development projects, including campaign management & measurement systems, channel capabilities and integration 
  • Closely interface with project managers to ensure that progress is in line with CVM Roadmap, any risks or issues are actioned upon timely
  • Create, implement and maintain outbound and inbound marketing decisioning frameworks.  Facilitate the development of its key inputs such as eligibility rules, arbitration prioritisation, predictive models, offer value, levers, channel capacity, previous activity performance evaluation, customer investment rules, and strategic priorities. 
  • Define, build and manage of customer decisioning logic/rules, campaigns for outbound and inbound customer contact activity, based on the customer contact plan and requirements from CVM Base Marketing teams 
  • Lead the use of post-activity reports and in-depth performance evaluation to determine how existing decisioning rules can be enhanced to drive increased business benefits
  • Prepare the detailed Monthly BTL Plans to be followed by the Campaign Management team. Report progress, risks and issues to be acted upon.
  • Coordinate contact management activities within the company
  • Create customer contact rules and ensure compliancy within the company
  • Create customer contact plans in line with company strategies
  • Implementation of contact management policy
  • Measure effects and report results to related departments
