MANAGEMENT TRAINEE ( BANKING & INSURANCE/FINANCE )
The successful candidate is required to have the following experiences and skills:
Young, dynamic, and driven individual 0-2 years of work experience in audit, banking or financial services environment, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills, and a have a genuine interest in recruitment. Applicants must be fluent in English. You should possess a strong sense of team spirit, have a positive attitude, comfortable in a sales driven environment and be able to deal with day-to-day challenges. Someone who wants to progress and be a recruitment consultant.

We currently have an opening for a Management Trainee who is driven, results-oriented, and ambitious to join our team. As a Management Trainee, you will be exposed to the full range of activities undertaken by Michael Page International while undergoing constant training and development. You will be expected to exert a high level of professionalism and have a passion for recruitment as a career.
Reporting directly to the relevant Division Manager a Management Trainee 's day is challenging and varied, taking responsibility for both candidates and clients.
A Management Trainee is primarily responsible for:
• Research;
• Identifying new business opportunities, managing a client database;
• Developing a network of candidates and managing their aspirations and career search;
• Managing your clients and candidates recruitment process from initial interview to offer stage;
• Focussing on the importance of service delivery and client relationship management (CRM).
