• Bachelor’s degree from related departments of universities
• Mobile telecommunications industry knowledge is preffered
• Knowledge in finance and reporting
• Strong analytical skill and be eligible in team working
• Problem solving & decision making
• Results-driven and delivery-focused
• Experience in a large multinational company is a plus
• Strong written,verbal communication skills&inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English
• Military service completed (for male candidates)

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Channel Incentives & Analysis Executive or Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in Sales Operation Management Function, reporting Channel Incentives Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

• Management of all sales channel incentives (mobile & fixed).
• Planning the company incentive & commissions.
• Initiating the monthly/quarterly/yearly incentives campaigns to support the company targets.
• Coordination of incentive campaign initiated by marketing team between related departments (finance, regions, IT, regulatory etc.).
• Controlling commission budget of the company.
• Making analysis on the basis of company strategy to reach customer targets.
• Supporting sales force to have a competitive advantage in all sales channels via commissions.
