International Retail Investigation Officer

LCWaikiki

• At least 6 years of experience in Retail,
• University degree,
• Good knowledge of store management applications and tools,
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office program especially in Excel ,
• Excellent level of English and Turkish knowledge, Arabic or Russian knowledge is a plus as second language,
• Excellent written and verbal communication and reporting skills,
• Interviewing skills,
• Understanding of procedures, regulations and instructions of LC Waikiki Retail Operations as well as fundamental management principles,
• Ability to evaluate, predict and analyze the company assets which may cause financial loss,
• Ability to make benefit-cost analysis,
• Good command of code of ethics in international business environment,
• Understanding of local and international laws relating to the crimes which commonly occur in the retail environment,

İŞ TANIMI

• Conducts international investigations in accordance with the complaints andnotifications (internal audit, counting, and mystery shopper) and top management requests within international retail business.
• Evaluates and finalizes the complaints and notifications
• Activates the Disciplinary Committee or other decision making departments for the incidents
• Plans the international investigation programs
• Controls store cash registers, identifies any abuses.
• Plans and conducts regular international store visits for both observations and evaluations
• Follows and evaluates the performance of international suppliers, makes the new supplier searches if necessary.
