• Bachelor's degree, preferably engineering or economics. Post graduate degree in BA, Marketing & Social Sciences is an asset.
• Proven analytical skills to understand data and trends with the capability to interpret this information and develop business plans.
• Relevant project management knowledge and skills.
• Knowledge of delivering effective multi-channel communications to both staff and customers
• Tenacity to deliver – desire and ability to find solutions to complex problems
• Excellent relationship building and exceptional interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills
• High level of energy and enthusiasm, with ability to influence, engage and lead in a positive, inspiring manner.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

İŞ TANIMI

• Developing and managing tactical campaigns that drive N2B customer acquisition, retention and cross sales in coordination with Product Management, Business Analytics, CRM, Sales and Customer Experience teams.
• Running clear acquisition, retention, TRB growth and x-sell action plans for target segments and execute them with the test/control strategy.
• Monitoring and improving new & existing proposition features to ensure that product and services offered are up to date with market trends. Submit necessary benchmark analysis to see new customer needs.
• Develop and monitor key MI reports and prepare necessary analysis to follow customer behaviour and business growth that would drive COP delivery.
• Support local and global projects around proposition development and enhancement.
• Working closely with all proposition teams as being responsible for delivering quality migrations among the different propositions.
