Production Quality Engineer:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; preferably, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering or Mechanical Engineering,
• Min. 2 years of experience in  industrial environment (multinational environment, automotive is a plus)
• Good knowledge of problem solving tools, 8-D ( knowledge of 6 Sigma tools is a plus)
• Knowledge of PPAP Preparations, APQP, FMEA,
• Knowledge of MS Office Programs,
• Good command of verbal and written English is must (French or German is a plus)
• B class driving license is required,
• Strong communication and presentation skills for customer, supplier and internal organization,
• Creative, analytic minded, able to use initiative,
• Team work ability  in a multicultural organization, with peers, management and shop-floor personal,
• Strong leadership ability,
• Time oriented.
• Living in Gebze, Kocaeli or Anatolian side of Istanbul.

İŞ TANIMI

• Travelling to foreign countries and presentation  of company to European customers or to the other Global Autoliv companies for projects quality activities,
• Management of internal improvements activities,
• Follow up the workflow activities, take actions and report the results,
• Follow up the product and process control criterias, audit, provide to be produced the product or process as it is described, evaluate the process like a customer,     
• Apply  the Project Line & Design workshops and support to studyings to be put into service new processes on condition AS standards,
• Guarantee the capability conformation on necessary equipments and provide to be reported,
• Provide to be used the control plans on production lines through the guarantee of product and process conformation, if necessary organize extra repair and AS412 activities.
