QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
“Site Manager” for Kars/Selim, Erzurum/Pasinler, Erzincan/Çadırkaya ve Sivas/Hafik construction sites. Candidates who have the following qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply:
Civil Engineer with minimum 5 years of experience in construction,
Good contract knowledge and management,
Good knowledge of HSE practices and legislation,
Qualified in planning, substructure and superstructure works, progress control, personnel management,
Advanced level of English,
Military service must be completed for male candidates,
Project duration will be 5 months.
Önemli Not: Ön yeterlilikte uygun bulunan adaylar ile yüzyüze mülakatlar Ankara merkez ofiste gerçekleştirilecektir.
İŞ TANIMI
Take responsibility in technical &administrative matters during planning, execution, monitoring & control and closing of the project.
Providing the Project Manager all necessary reporting on the project including the ones submitted to competent authorities.
Inspect and coordinate all works during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications,
Provide timely and effective progress reports; communicate all information to the Project Manager,
Review the expertise of contractors’ personnel,
Establish primary contact and communication with the clients, subcontractors and company’s personnel in the field,
Follow-up on all technical/field queries, quality assurance/quality control issues by contractors,
Ensure all health and safety requirements are met,
Inspect the construction quality of work at site,
Create, maintain, document and compile all documentation.

More than 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt, Delayed
