GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

We are looking for a “HR- Management Trainee” who would like to pursue a career in Human Resources. The main responsibility of this position is to assist the all Human Resource department about HR Information Systems, recruitment, compensation, benefits and other HR areas. This is a great position for someone who would like to make a good start in Human Resources field and who is willing to learn all areas of Human Resources. This position is for temporary period (One year).
Following qualifications are expected from candidates:

Qualifications:

University degree, preferable having on a degree in the field of Human Resources,
Good command of both spoken and written English,
Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel is a must,
Ability to communicate effectively with excellent written and verbal communication skills,
Must be an analytical thinker and must have multi-tasking, strong planning and organization skills,
Must have strong time management skills, attention to detail, deadline driven and the ability to prioritize work in a constant fast paced environment.

İŞ TANIMI

Job Description:

Collaborates with the Human Resources team to support the organization about HR projects, processes, systems and tools through day-to-day activities,
Assist the customers about HRIS systems and other company policies, procedures and other HR programs,
Assists with analytical and administrative support tasks for priority projects of varying complexity.
