İŞ TANIMI

• To perform as a single contact point for the media and coordinate all media relations, manage the relations with the journalists
• To perform as a single contact point for VF TR’s spokespersons, coordinates PR external messages for all PR activities of spokespersons, including CEO.
• To set up working process for press communication management between Vodafone and the PR agency
• To manage and ensure that agency relations are run effectively
• To manage annual press communication strategy and actions through PR review meetings, briefings for all departments
• To forecast in the changes of the PR trends and develop projects accordingly
• To manage the relations with the Group PR and investor relations for financial announcements and international media 
• To work with departments for their media relations needs and manage the media relations accordingly managing their issues are covered i.e. marketing, network, HR and other and manage PR communications tasks that is align with the business plans of the company. 
• To manage the tracking of competitors PR activities and ensure that internal parties are informed and design proactive communication activities accordingly
• To manage that national and international media is tracked daily and reported to relevant parties i.e. Group PR, upper& mid-level VF management and manage necessary actions are taken according to daily media monitoring
• To manage the delivery of the reporting of press activities
• To prepare the agenda and the content of the communication board
• To work with the PR agency to assess the possible risks/outcome of the company’s other external communication actions; brand, advertising, sponsorships etc from press perspective
• To manage and supervise press inquiries; assessment of press inquiries, and responses are done timely
• To manage that the desired messaging is developed in all the written documents of the PR messages.
• To perform consultancy for press communication within the crisis mgmt comm for potential crisis of the company and support execution accordingly
• To forecast the annual PR budget requirements
