QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
To sustain its growth strategy, L'Oréal İstanbul Plant (Canan Kozmetik) is looking for a Plant Financial Controller !
L'Oréal is an industrial company which manufactures and supplies 4.5 billion units annually in its 40 factories and 150 distribution centers.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
University Degree Required
3 Years experience in financial control, preferably in a manufacturing environment and/or in a consumer goods endustry
Excellent command of Turkish and English, other foreign languages would be welcome.

By working towards the implementation of projects ranging from internal auditing to the improvement of processes and departments, your objective will be to optimize results, thus contributing to the Plant's dynamic growth
As one of the plant financial controllers, you will be in charged of a variety of duties and responsibilities that will enable you to interact with all levels of our internal organization.
These accountabilities include:
Participation in monthly closing and report results to local management committee and company HQ
Budget and forecast preparation and analysis compliant with L'Oréal's financial-management standards
Financial report preparation, metrics variance analysis and action plan recommendations
Internal control procedures implementation and follow-ups
