• Experience in related field (5-6 years)
• B2B Marketing Experience is a plus
• Fixed Solutions (ADSL, THK, Convergence)  and Telco Experience is a plus
• Bachelor Degree in engineering or business, master degree is a plus
• Project management and analytical thinking skills                      
• Effectively cope with changing work environment
• Multi-task management                                                          
• Results-driven and delivery-focused
• Experience in a large multinational company is a plus
• Strong written,verbal communication skills&inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English

We are seeking a SME Segment Senior Associate Marketing Manager with the will and ambition to work in Marketing Management-SME Segment Function, reporting Enterprise SME Marketing Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

The strategy, research, project management, communication plan and analysis / reporting of following items: 

• Fixed business integration
• SME & SoHo fixed solutions marketing strategy
• Convergence strategy & pipeline
• Fixed & core bundling strategy
• Lead management process
• Double monthly lead inflow from alternative platforms
• Developing strategies to improve monthly conversion rate generating incremental customer number
• Digitalization of lead management processes and developing reporting systems
• Managing a contractor responsible with day to day lead processe
