• University degree from a relevant discipline
• Experience on Call Center Workforce Management tools (Verint – Witness)
• Very good command in MS Office Programs
• Experience in Planning and Operations field
• Balanced perspective on operational outcomes and financial constraints
• Strong Analytical Thinking
• Good knowledge on CC Innovations and Technologies

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Customer Operations Planning Specialist with the will and ambition to work in Customer Services Operation Planning Management Function, reporting Planning and Contract Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

• Coordinating site staffing needs, including the reporting and analysis of site head count numbers, coordinating various cross-training opportunities, and placement of new hire associates.
• To be responsible for the successful daily-weekly-monthly forecasting and long term workload forecast-responsible capacity and resource management
