CAD Engineer

• B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering required,
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the design of mechanical assemblies,
• Excellent use of Solidworks, AutoCAD and FARO software,
• Self-motivated person who possesses strong engineering and problem solving skills and displays pride in his/her work,
• A solid understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals and a proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical assemblies is required,
• A premium will be placed on the ability to synthesize solutions, create prototypes, and properly evaluate results,
• Ability to organize and manage multiple products through manufacturing process,
• Quality orientation and high attention to detail,
• Ability to work with vendors, customers, and employees,
• Must be able to work in a “hands-on” environment assisting manufacturing as well as doing design work at a desk,
• Must be able to read and comprehend drawings,
• Must be able to work and thrive in a fast paced R&D environment with aggressive schedules and changing requirements,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
• Ability to maintain safe work environment,
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking in English

İŞ TANIMI

• Develop and implement optimal, cost-effective jigs and fixtures for composite manufacturing processes that improve the reliability and repeatability of the manufacturing process while also reducing cycle time,
• Recommend and implement improvements to existing fabrications,
• Coordinate manufacturing implementation of new or improved fixtures with process engineers,
• The incumbent will ensure the customer design specification is met through our manufacturing processes,
• Use metrology to validate the positioning of fixtures
