Reporting Analyst / Business Analyst

Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances is searching for a Reporting Analyst/Business Analyst to be employed in Customer Service Department in Ümraniye head-office with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Informatics, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or related fields,
• Excellent command of written and spoken  English language is mandatory, German knowledge is an asset, any other language is an asset,
• Understanding of databases, data models and statistics,
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (SAP BI) is a plus,
• Knowledge of SAP CRM is a plus,
• Know-how in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes,
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment with global IT team and business units, good communication and intercultural skills and ability to work under stress,
• Customer, quality, process and result driven,
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills,
• No restriction to travel abroad.

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for Information System design, country roll in participation, and support of Customer Service repair and service management system (SAP CRM Environment),
• Analyzing and processing reporting requirements of the countries in order to develop a standardized template for international usage,
• Preparation of detailed and elaborated #Process Analysis documents# and "Business Requirements/Report Specifications" documents for the development team,
• Creating test scenarios and testing the versions,
• Creating reports/dashboards and publishing for end users,
• Preparation of user guide and training documents,
• Training key users,
• Support of productive system.
