• Ensure that corporate branches’ financial performance is in line with AOP. Take an active role to achieve branch AOP and monitor the results and provide feedback.
• The overall aim is to enlarge the MME portfolio of these branches with quality customers, thus improving profitability, while minimising risk.
• Review pricing requests from branches and maintain overall profitability in accordance with relationship based targets
• Develops strategies to capture new MME clients for increasing the customer base and new marketing strategies for existing clients to increase penetration and market share.
• Monitoring marketing activities of branches and follow up on branch/customer profitability trend based on periodic MI reporting. Provide guidance and feedback to Direct Line Managers regarding branch, customer and RM performance.
• Assist in the preparation of sector reports. Follow up on risk and profitability of the customers under the sector and providing feedback to the commercial branches for sectoral strategies and outlook.


Credit & Administrative Support:
• To pre-evaluate credit applications made by corporate branches, before submitting them to the Credit Department.
• Provide guidance to the branches about the content and analysis of the applications, during this pre-evaluation
• Follow up on the approval and utilization process of loans after submission to the Credit Department.
To secure coordination and enhance communication amongst corporate branches and Head Office, on almost all topics, other than Retail related issues.
