Your Profile
You have successfully completed a training as an IT specialist / in or preferably have a degree in IT / computer science, successfully completed in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering. First experiences in technical support with the use of help desk software for repair and maintenance of software are welcome.
 
Requirements
 

• Experience handling of MS Office applications
• Basis knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows XP , Windows 7)
• Experience in using PDM software applications, preferably with PTC Windchill
• Ability to provide technical support
• Good listening, written and verbal communication skills. (English and German)
• Coordinate with functional team to analyze and understand requirements & design required solutions for Windchill application
• Ability to work on a self-initiated basis and within a team environment.

İŞ TANIMI

Become an expert in the field of MAN PDM support. You will work in a Support Center team and support the business need with implementation and operation of PTC Windchill software.  You are the second point of contact for all questions to the successful operation of the software. You will analyze and document error messages and support our colleagues to solve issues and problems by phone and by remote access. Thus contribute actively will help our business for a successful development.


In detail

• Technical support in active cooperation with other departments
• Processing and qualification of incoming requests in the Support Center
• Personal responsibility for error analysis and resolution of complex technical problems via phone,    email and remote access
• Escalation to our technology partner PTC
• Provide feedback to the development department and improve products and processes through your ideas.
