QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

-          University degree from Engineering departments, preferably Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering (MBA is a plus)

-          3-5 years of experience in in industrial and/or power plant projects or business development in
these projects

-          Ability to present the company in order to develop new business opportunities

-          Ability to operate in multicultural environments and build effective working relations with clients

-          Ability to work in an international working environment, having an international sense of business

-          Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

İŞ TANIMI

Selected candidate shall be employed in Sales & Marketing Department as a Sales (Business Development) Manager in the headquarters, in Ankara.

Responsibility and Job description shall mainly cover:

-          Being responsible for all marketing, business development and sales related activities in the region

-          Identification and monitoring of all upcoming power projects that are to be tendered on EPC basis in the active regions

-          Carrying out all necessary business development activities with the purpose to turn the identified potential EPC power plant projects into a bidding activity for the Company

-          Carrying out all sales related activities during the bidding and contract negotiation phases with the purpose to have the EPC contract signed

- Carrying  out all necessary work in order to provide useful intelligence to the Company
