• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree preferably of Engineering
• 3 – 5 year(s) of experience as a project manager
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Preferably having PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner or PMP Certificate
• Flexible, adapts his/her approach and purposely searches for alternative routes
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills, self-starter and likes to work proactively
• Understands the corporate climate and culture
• Able to function in an international environment
• For male candidates, military service should be completed

İŞ TANIMI

• Meets change objectives and executes projects, from the initiation phase up to and including transfer to the existing organization within the agreed budget and timetable in accordance with the set quality standards
• Has project content knowledge, drafts projects, budgets and plans, and decides which solutions are chosen and how priorities are set
• Negotiates with other organizational parties in order to find solutions which do not collide with the interest of their projects
• Acts as the principal and bears the final responsibility for sub-projects or change processes, and monitors substantive cohesion and interaction with related projects and programs
• Reports approaches, progress, quality and budget to the client
• Participates in project groups and Project Boards, and garners support among the parties concerned
• Manages the negotiation process with suppliers, in coordination with Procurement and SLA management
