GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Bachelor’s degree from Computer related fields.
Good command of English.
Having strong knowledge of SQL , PL/SQL , Unix Shell Scripting,C,Oracle
Having strong analytical skills.
Base understanding of Telecommunications principals,GSM, GPRS, 3G.
Having strong knowledge of Mediation&Charging services.
Min. 2 or 3 years experience in Telecom IT sector.
Experience in a 24x7 mission critical support environment or development group.
Delivering change in a live environment.
Detailed knowledge of configuration management processes and tools.
Understanding of delivery management processes.
Proven experience in Supplier management inc. work packages delivery.
Service Levels & process improvement.
Having knowledge of ITIL

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Mediation Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in Mediation Management Function, reporting Mediation Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

To ensure the successful ongoing operation and coordination of related Mediation Services.
As a service owner, to have end to end ownership of the Vodafone customer experience, the quality of service performance and the processes supporting the product/service.
Responsible of daily operational activities and availibility of systems.
Investigating problems, finding root cause of the problems.
Deployment of new products and services.
Implementing change management processes and user requests.
Periodic monitoring of systems for performance bottlenecks.
Performance tuning of applications to ensure business needs and agreed SLAs are met.
Responsible for reporting to stakeholders on product performance and supplier/partner performance.
Incident and error handling for application errors.
Ownership of capacity planning to secure availability and performance of the platforms and systems against forecasted growth and demand
