İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Enterprise Core Product&Services Associate Manager with the will and ambition to work in Fixed & Services Delivery Management Function, reporting Fixed & Services Delivery Manager of Vodafone Turkey
The Business Analyst roleencompasses working closely with Business Units to analyse, define, clarify andgain approval of high quality requirements. The Business Analyst is theinterface between Business Unit and the Delivery team and will work closelywith Product Manager, Project Manager, Designers and Testers to ensure thatRequirements are understood and appropriate designs and tests are produced torealise the expected solution.
The Business Analyst rolerequires a confident communicator with strong influencing and negotiationskills, who is experienced in working up to senior management level in amulti-cultural and geographically dispersed environment, has the ability tostructure complex information, adapt communication to the audience and relishesworking in a dynamic changing environment. They will be competent atusing a broad range of business analysis tools and techniques.
- Accountable foranalyzing the business requirement, supporting business in product and ideageneration and preparation of the Functional Analysis & Design and User AcceptanceTest documentations and other associated analysis activities
- Understand, shapeand agree the scope of the project, understand business drivers and managescope change.
- Deliver high qualitybusiness requirements optimized for business value on time
- Accurately estimateown resource project load for input to the resourcing process.
- Use appropriate BAtools and techniques to gather, document and communicate the BusinessRequirements effectively.
- Lead the analysiseffort on projects by taking responsibility for providing insight to requiredchange, developing the initial project concept, challenging assumptions, prioritizingbusiness needs and owning the requirements process.
- Communicate complexissues clearly and effectively to manage expectations and outcomes.
- Accountable todeliver the small projects and configuration type demands within time, budget(Opex&Capex) and scope.
- SPOC to ourinternal delivery teams and external delivery partners for the feasibility stepof delivery process.
