R&D Expert - Technology Management

• PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics,
• Experience at implementation of technologies, from applied research to hands-on manufacturing
• Overall 3+ years professional experience preferably at R&D functions,
• Industrial experience preferably at consumer products or automotive,
• Self-motivated convincing person with strong stakeholder orientation with excellent communication skills,
• Capable to work on a matrix organization,
• No travel restrictions,
• Live/willing to live at Çorlu or European side of Istanbul.

İŞ TANIMI

• Participating and/or leading International cross-functional projects,
• Will be leading or supporting the execution and implementation of technology projects,
• Management of materials science and technology network of internal and external units including BSH units worldwide, public R&D Institutions, suppliers and other external companies, 
• Extent and create new networks, connect those already existing worldwide,
• Transferring new technologies to product development and to manufacturing with the objective of commercializing the technologies quickly.
