• 4 years University Degree
• At least 1 years experience in the related area
• Excellent command of English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of local/international Accounting Principles
• Knowledge about credit applications, Local/Group Compliance Requirements, credit policy, Banking Law
• Knowledge of financial markets, industry and products

İŞ TANIMI

• Prepare  financial and sectoral analysis of credit applications of BB Upper and MME customers on time and accurately subject to agreed SLA’s.
• Maintain high quality performance in preparing credit financial analysis
• Provide comments for the credit applications which are submitted, ensuring that the credit process is respected and asset quality maintained.
• Control that facility falls within the parameters in the area's lending guidelines
• Ensure that processes and procedures adhere to HSBC standards, resulting in a satisfactory Risk Review where undertaken
• Propose CRR (Customer risk rating, rating indicating customer’s credibility) based on the customer financial statements and qualitative responses provided by the Relationship Managers.
• Coordination of responses to queries raised by Risk for each credit proposal
• Ensure that regular covenant monitoring is conducted for renewals and on an ongoing basis as per Risk requirements .Check whether there is any covenant breaches and inform RM accordingly so that necessary actions will be taken
• Prepare Cash Flow Projections where necessary as per Lending Guidelines.
• Ensure objectivity is maintained in the financial analysis
• Strong analytical skills must be utilized. The job holder must be alert to sector and company-specific developments.    The financial analysis is a critical part of the package therefore any critical developments must be fully understood and expressed in the credit application.
• Achieve coherence and consistency to be compliant with the requirements of local and Group Credit.
• Work effectively with the stakeholders, Credit Risk Team, Business, Legal, Compliance and Group Credit.
• Contact RM/customers in case of any queries during analysis work
• Provide support for  IT projects where necessary
• Produce MI reports as required
• Provide sectoral information if available and required for the analysis report
