QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Role + Responsibilities
Performing regular maintenance contracts
Responding customer call-outs by phone, by remote connection and on site
Evaluating and resolving problems
Assisting with the installation of equipments
Monitoring the performance of products , training customer personnel and making recommendations to maintenance technician
Providing customers with regular reports and feedbacks
Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
Being a problem solver and a trusted advisor
Reporting to Service Manager
Qualification + Profile
High school degree preferably Technician graduation from two-year universities
Basic knowledge of communication protocols, wiring and instrument installation
Analytical and problem solving skills to address customer needs
Ability to read, write and speak in English
Good communication skills and good team work spirit
Customer orientated
Completed military obligations
Active driver without obligation to travel domestic and abroad
Committed, responsible and initiative working attitude
Should provide a health report from a recognized body proofing that he is capable of working in hazardous environments and heavy industries
