İŞ TANIMI

• Manage the effective implementation of OMV PO retail and legislative HSSE requirements throughout   the Retail Cross Functions in unison with corporate HSSE standards.

• Achieve the Retail HSSE objectives and targets measured through full roll-out of HSSE audit performance programmes at the group average at least.
• Develop a positive and responsive attitude towards HSSE amongst the Retail staff and the dealers’ community measurable though behavioural audits actions close-up.
• Develop a positive reputation of Retail business with regard to HSSE initiatives.
• Constantly identify & develop Cross Business benefits from effective HSSE applications

1. To deputise Retail Director to direct Retail management on Health, Safety, Security and Environmental programmes, providing guidance, support and training to the Retail management team to promote a positive health and safety culture in the Retail Business network.
2. To help managing Business and HSSE management programmes to suit the Business need and implement and coordinate compliance of the OMV Group Safety Assurance system into  the OMV PO Retail Business network. This will include developing, HSSE related performance contract goals and objectives embedded into staff appraisal and recognition processes.
3. To orientate the entire Retail team to lead together with the Retail Director, the implementation of  OMV PO strategy in the principally, DODO / DOCO network but comprising of significant number of  CO sites for HSSE performance improvement in line with the goals identified by the OMV Group Standards  with the use of optimum resources of revenue and capital expenditure by innovating and developing radical cost effective solutions to HSSE issues especially by persuading and motivating dealers to accept company policies, standards and practices.
4. To establish adoptions and maintain systems ie, operational processes, procedures, work rules to Company operations and monitor, particularly including the Management of Change (MoC) process.
5. To monitor impending legislative requirements and interpret the effects on Retail business, identify, draft, where necessary, business action plans for ensuring compliance Represent OMV PO Retail on external industry and regulatory bodies in lieu with the Corporate HSSE coordinator as required, to influence the decision making process in accordance with the Retail Business best practices.
6. To manage internal HSSE audits for OMV PO Retail to ensure actions identified in previous audits have been completed as requested by the Retail Director .
7. To develop, maintain and benefit from OMV Group HSE Network relative to best practice .
8. To represent the OMV PO Sales business on HSSE dimension for ensuring ownership of actions that come from OMV Group HSSE Standards.
9. To manage assuring emergency preperadness through updated National Associate Emergency and Business Continuity Plans and emergency exercises in Retail .
10. Engage contractors, directly or via the purchasing department, acc. to OMV PO Safety Management System requirements .
11. Coordinating and Planning necessary HSSE training programs for Retail Distributor Network.
12. Coordinating MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) files communication and updates.
13. Reporting all the accidents,  nearmisses in CARE system and keeping HSSE objectives and reporting all them to Corporate HSSE Department. Preparing and reporitng incident investigations.
14. Preparing Emergency Procedures for Retail Distributor Network aligned with Corporate HSSE Department.
15. Preparing procedures aligned with Corporate HSSE and implementing them.
16. Ensuring that all Retail Distributor Network are working aligned with company HSSE policies and reporting if necessary.
17. Supporting the HSSE risk analysis for Retail Distributor Network, participating if necessary to them. .
18. Coordinating the communication with necessary authorities.
19. Establishing necessary coordination with Corporate HSSE Department.
20. Ensuring that the Retail Distributor Network is working according environmental regulation. Coordinating necessary obligations under supervision of Environmental Advisor.
