Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (preferred) or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year experience in a successful supervisory role on a result driven team
• Minimum 3 years in a senior information technology infrastructure position, minimum 5 years experience in supporting client/server infrastructure of mid to large enterprises
• Strong technical knowledge of network, operating systems and virtualization. Microsoft, Cisco, Vmware or other industry certifications preferred
• ITIL v3 certification/training preferred
• Experienced with business continuity technologies
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken
• Military service should be completed for male candidates
• No restrictions for travelling both inside of Turkey and abroad temporarily

İŞ TANIMI

• Supervise a team of IT Professionals from multiple locations and cultures
• If necessary, accept and resolve pending requests or issues
• Maintain and increase efficiency of operations through the reduction of outages, the implementation of more effective controls and timely resolution of outstanding technology issues
• Prepare diagrams, flow charts, graphic presentations and concise reports to recommend improvements or resolve problems
• Provide improvements on disaster recovery and business continuity plans for client/server infrastructure
• Improve staff effectiveness by establishing performance indicators continually
• Research new technology ideas, trends and product and deliver them to proof of concept state as well as design newer version for existing products using new technologies
• Advise IT Manager on problems, plans and activities and recommend/establish policies, procedures which would enhance the operation of department
