We are looking for an IT Supervisor responsible for providing IT services that are aligned to company rquirements, determine optimal strategies and compliance with Randstad Holding IT Strategies.
Required experience and qualities;
• University degree or similar in computing science, and industry based certification e.g. MCSE 
or similar. 
• Have at least 5 years of experience working in a service based industry 
• Have a good understanding a Microsoft environment including the Windows Server 
operating system, MS SQL, MS Office, Google Apps. and security software and systems 
including those which apply to intrusion protection, and controls including virus detection 
and elimination
• English language to at least an upper intermediate level
• Able to develop IT strategy (business alignment).
• Have broad technology knowledge of computer hardware (server, workstation) & 
networking, system, cloud, design, development, integration, business intelligence, security.
• Experienced in project & portfolio management.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Experience of managing the database systems.
Demonstrated experience developing user interfaces using HTML, CSS, XML,XSLT.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive and resilient attitude.
 

İŞ TANIMI

Specific tasks and responsibilities:
• Provide IT services that are aligned to the company requirement and which meet the 
expectations of users.
• Have a strong understanding of the organisation, its policies, its processes, and the 
technology support required to ensure the company can transact its business efficiently and 
effectively
• Determines gaps between requirement and provision and budget, advocate, plan and 
execute change that closes gaps and delivers effective IT services.
• Be responsible for IT infrastructure, applications, support, networks, and security
• Determine the optimal delivery strategies whether in-sourced or out-sourced or a blend of 
these to achieve reliable and cost effective results
• Develop and administer effective IT Governance and management, including that which 
applies to; prioritising projects and expenditure, intellectual property management 
and licensing,security including user access policies, disaster recovery and business 
continuity,acquiring and disposal of IT assets, IT Contracts and service level agreements.
• Be aware of and comply with Turkish government regulations pertaining to IT
• Understand and apply group IT policies and liaise with and provide regular activity reports
• Develop effective relationships with the management team and staff, ensuring they feel 
confident about approaching IT on any issues of concern
• Adhere to the company’s Data Privacy and Information Security regulations
