  • Experience in GSM Core Network
  • Knowledge of GPRS, IP, protocols, CS core systems
  • Hands on experience with NSN MSS ,HLR and SGSN

  • Good risk awareness and trust building capabilities
  • Capable of doing deep dive of problems


İŞ TANIMI

 

We are seeking a PS-CS monitor Roaming Level 1 Specialist with the will and ambition to work in CS Core Operations Management Function, reporting CS Core Operations Manager of Vodafone Turkey.  

  • Monitor alarms related with entire PS & CS Core network elements and Roaming links (SGSN, NGME, Charging Gateways, Border Gateways, DPI, PCRF and IMS; MSS , MGW, etc) and take necessary actions to resolve the problem on a 7 day, 24 hour basis.
  • Level-1,2 trouble shooting activities for  CS Core network elements faults. Follow defined routines
  • To inform & escalate problems to L2 - Team and in emergency situations to L3 - Team according to pre-determined workflows and SLA’s.
  • To communicate and redirect problems to other groups (BSS Operations, IN, VAS, or other operators or service or equipment suppliers)  in case the probable cause is located in other domains.
  • To collect logs and traces in order to support the resolution of the problems.
  • Create incident observation reports for all shifts.
  • Providing first line support to Corporate customers.
  • Communicate / coordinate with third parties to escalate/ manage problems related to their systems.
  • Responsible for opening, assigning, following and closing maximo cases,
  • CS core: Database integration for central parameters & for emergency cases and scripts
  • PS core :Network Configuration,
  • Performance/ KPI Management,
  • Operational Management,
  • Customer Complaint Handling,

Preferred Candidate

More than 4 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Student), Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
