QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
English Home has leadership position in the home textile sector due to a sustained program of growth both domestically and overseas, while leading the way in its sector with innovative and stylish designs.
Offering easy accessibility to fashion and quality through approximately 200 stores domestically and via an online shopping option, the company has now reached 40 international locations in 10 countries through its direct foreign investments with the goal of establishing itself as a global brand. This development was further strengthened with a 40 % foreign partnership which was established in 2012.
We are looking for “ONLINE SHOPPING MANAGER” to work in our Office.
- University degree in faculty of industrial engineering or related sciences
- Min. 3 years of strategic marketing technology experience on related fields as CRM /B2C marketing/e-commerce
- Fluent in English verbally & written
- Expertise on business-to-customer marketing principles, business models and strategic marketing implementation
- Experience developing online marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and adoption
- Ability to handle and coordinate multiple projects.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Customer and result oriented with an analytical manner
- No military obligation for male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
- Management of online shopping
- Support the company’s key commercial and brand objectives and encourage product adoption across all online channells
- Managing the website, operational units and customer services
- Managing the third party relations and setting the agreements
- Improvement the online strategy and follow up implementation
- Leading the development projects
- Analysis of weekly / monthly online trading reports and aciton/event planning
- Ensure all content promotion activities are coordinated across channels including social promotion.
- Analyze website user behavior and take actions when necessary
Preferred Candidate
3 - 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
