• University degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications or equivalent)
• Minimum five years of experience in information technologies
• Strong working knowledge of airport computing environment.
• Experience in Microsoft server operating systems; configuration, implementation and administration
• Experience in Linux server/client operating systems; configuration, implementation and administration
• Basic project management skills.
• Knowledge on VLAN separated networks; Microsoft and Linux based DHCP servers
• Strong ability to troubleshoot complex multi-vendor system integration issues
• Experienced in a 7X24 SLA environment
• Aptitude for cooperation and flexibility in a rapidly changing environment and the ability to respond immediately to often changing business priorities
• Drive to keep up-to-date on latest technical trends
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (documentation and technical writing); analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Excellent command of English
• No restriction for travelling abroad
• No Military obligation for male candidates
• Design, implementation and/or system administration experience on below special aviation systems is asset;

İŞ TANIMI

• Provide service and infrastructure Operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Ensure the correct functioning and maintenance of all internal and external, COTS and TAV IT applications/systems and products serviced by Service & Infrastructure Operations.
• Act as the customer Single Point of Contact (SPOC), when required, and co-ordinate the scheduling of intervention with customers and internal resolver groups ensuring the highest level of customer service and communications are maintained to resolve the fault and incident within the prescribed SLA
• Proactively detect problems related to service and infrastructure operations and delivery services, conduct diagnostics and provide service request ownership to ensure resolution of customer problems
• Use the appropriate tools and equipment to perform the installation, intervention, and repairs in accordance with the Service & Infrastructure Operations and Delivery guidelines and instructions where provided
• Carry out preventive and proactive maintenance and monitoring of systems and services in accordance with agreed schedules and customer expectations
• Escalating detected system bugs to next level support entity, following the work flow
• Providing key user technical support staff trainings
• Preparing and submitting periodic operational and performance reports for the customer
• Structure, architect, design, and configure the Detailed Design and implementation work stream of the project into multiple streams of work with an appreciation for company’s vision (Senior Phase)
