Quality Assurance Engineer

L'Oréal Türkiye

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering,
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance management,
• Certified lead and internal auditor (knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 18001,ISO 14001)
• Fluent in English,
• Good in using office tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), other Quality Management System related tool is plus,
• Experience in quality management systems with internal and external audit,
• Good communication and coordination skills, competent in team work, strong analytical approach.

İŞ TANIMI

• Ensuring Quality system document management and internal quality system audit
• Following of all quality activities such as design, development, production,installation,servicing  and documentation
• Following the process  from raw material procurement until the  product control
• Defining  the methods and equipments used to measure a process’s key quality characteristics
• Improving standart of the process, using  information collected from the operations
• Creating  quality procedures , to submit for approval and to perform revisions
• Maintaining product quality by enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures and governmet requirements
• Creating an annual quality audit plan, and to realize quality audits
• Maintaining product quality by enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures and governmet requirements
• Establishing quality and reliability standards by studying product and consumer requirements with other members of management and with production operators, technicians, and engineers
• As a result of internal and external audit findings;  performing  remedial , corrective and  preventive actions
