QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Devising and establishing company's quality procedures, standards and specifications,
Working with relevant functions of the company such as purchasing, human resources… etc. to establish quality requirements for external and internal needs,
Setting standards for quality as well as health and safety,
Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff,
Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures,
Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing reports about quality,
Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality.
Trenkwalder Grup Yönetim Hizmetleri A.Ş. is the Holding organization embracing more than 10 companies in diverse service businesses under its umbrella. These companies are operational in Personnel Services, Facilities Management, City Cleaning, Garbage Collection and Value Added Logistics Services. Majority Shares of Trenkwalder International were takenover by Droege Capitial in August 2011. Joining of this strong partner gave Trenkwalder improved financial situation, business synergies and a much stronger position for growth. Turkey is among the top 3 countries within the Trenkwalder organization in terms of sales volumes, and is regarded as highly attractive for further investment and growth.
