Global Quality Engineer

• University degree in electrical engineer, mechanical engineer or comparable,
• 1-2 year experience in a similar position and knowledge of quality management and the methods,
• Fluent English knowledge is a must,
• Advanced MS-Office knowledge is a must, Minitab, SAP, PDM are preferable,
• Having TS/EN 9001 or TS/EN 16949 auditor certificate is preferable,
• Insistent in following work-related details,
• Target-oriented, responsible, resistant to stress, good communication skills,
• Team worker, likes innovation,
• Willingness  to  travel (international),
• Intercultural team capability,
• Abilities to comprehend and evaluate complex manufacturing processes,
• Live/Willing to live in or close to Çerkezköy.

İŞ TANIMI

• Planning and carrying out of process and system audits at the supplier in the domestic and abroad,
• Selection, qualification and development of suppliers world wide,
• Leading quality meetings, Technical contact partner for suppliers,
• Participate in the risk assessment and procurement process,
• Monitoring and supervision of suppliers,
• Definition of quality assurance agreements and quality plans for suppliers within the scope of quality improvement activities,
• Definition of part/process release process and necessary test for supply parts,
• Cross-functional coordination between factories, development centers, suppliers and quality centers.
