QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Degree in Computer Engineering or related Information Technologies discipline.
  • At least10 years of experiences.
  • Strong understanding of Information Technologies, Algorithms, Relational Databases, Object Oriented Technologies.
  • Possessing excellent team building and influencing skills.
  • Significant reporting abilities.
  • Significant interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills; ability to manage upward and down in the organization.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Significant experience Order & Campaign Management software development.
  • At least 3 years experience in agile software development.
  • At least 2 years managerial experience in software delivery.
  • Significant understanding of the Telecommunications Business.
  • Significant understanding of the Company’s Operating Structure.
  • Military service must be completed for male candidates.


 

İŞ TANIMI


We are seeking a Consumer Agile Solutions Manager with the will and ambition to work in Agile Solutions Function, reporting Agile Solutions Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
 
  • Manage all aspects of the agile software development teams by establishing goals, determining future opportunities for process efficiency, initiating T2M and quality improvement studies and coaching the team for built in quality and high productivity.
  • Accountable for the agile development policies, procedures, standards and controls.
  • Lead and manage agile demands of business requirements. Plan the agile delivery cycles and manage the impediments during this period. Demonstrate a combination of vision, leadership and technical skills.
  • Lead the team providing objective setting, mentoring and career development.
  • Encourage the team to remember and to be a part of the company vision and mission.
  • Build effective relationships both within and outside the department; seek input from and maintain effective on going communication with others. Manage conflict to ensure least disruption to organization.
  • Works with Solution teams to optimize configuration task efforts by using automation solutions (GUI, Automated Test, Confg..etc).
  • Works with PDT (business analysts, project managers) in order to plan or prioritize demands on agile delivery scrum team queues.
  • Manage to measurement of product development, bug-fix and L3 support activities and enhance the capability and productivity.
  • Works with Project Managers to evaluate different technical options for delivery of a solution, estimating cost, risk & time line for each.
  • Plans development resource capacity to meet roadmap requirements.
