Material Warehouse Manager

• University degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent education,
• Fluency in English language is mandatory, German knowledge is an asset,
• Minimum 7 year experience in related fields,
• MS Office knowledge is a must,
• Analytical minded, having good conflict management, leadership and management skills,
• Live/Willing to live in or close to Çerkezköy.

İŞ TANIMI

• Warehouse operation management, team management, ensuring work safety, process optimization, mentoring,
• Managing punctual, customer oriented and productive warehousing operations for production materials, investment parts & machinery, service spare parts and 3rd party materials for 6 BSH factories, after sales service department and local suppliers within 47.000 sqm warehouse with railway access,                                                                                            
• BSH World-Wide Material Supply Operation (Hub Concept): Managing punctual, customer oriented and productive warehousing operations to other BSH factories,
• Material Quality Management: Cooperating with factory QM departments to ensure material quality standards in line with BSH production system in the warehouse,
• Management of Q-Lots checks, damaged material evaluation etc, 
• EPC Management: For 6 factories, central planning & coordination, ownership & cost sharing & accounting, routine cleaning in each loop,
• Inventory Management: Having responsibility of inventory accuracy for the materials to BSH and legal authorities. Managing the stock counting process, organizing year-end stock counting with 3rd party audit companies,
• Suppliers & Forwarders Management: Managing punctual, good quality, correct quantity material flow from suppliers to logistics material warehouse in line with aggrements between BSH and suppliers,
• Providing compliance in customs warehouse (6.500 m2,C Type) in accordance with BSH and Turkey Customs legislation,
• Management of securing all finished products and the materials behind the locked & sealed doors with 7/24 surveillance system in the warehouse,
• Ensuring work safety conditions in line with BSH and legal procedures within material warehouse, auditing warehouses with RTE departmant (Safety & Environment) and warehouse manager, securing all equipments (forklifts, racks, cranes, conveyors etc.) used in the warehouse are in line with BSH standards and legal procedures.
