Plastic Injection Process Engineer

• Manufacturing/mechanical engineering degree,
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive/white goods sector preferable,
• Fluent in English and  German speaking will be considered as an asset,
• Strong MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CAD skills are an asset,
• Experience at plastic injection process and  knowledge is an asset,
• Dynamic and highly motivated team player,
• Analytical thinking, flexible, creative, initiative taking ,
• Highly developed ability to analyze and draw conclusions based on facts and target objectives,
• Willing to travel abroad,
• Result driven and able to break down complex tasks into manageable portions,
• Interpersonal communication skills which helps you to work with local and international teams,
• Live/Willing to live in or close to Çerkezköy.

İŞ TANIMI

• Realization of plastic parts production according to the production plan  and specifications,
• To reduce the scrape,
• To join and work in new projects,
• To report the  target and realization status of the department KPI’s,
• To apply continuous improvement activities and BSH Production System Tools and Methods( TPM, SMED, etc.)
• Plastic injection production and processes, including tools and machinery improvements,
• Planning related investments, implementation of new productions technologies, equipments and machineries,
• Layout planning for factory and production lines.
